GASFRAC Management

Zeke Zeringue, President and Chief Executive Officer:
Mr. Zeringue spent 28 years in a variety of senior roles at Halliburton,
including serving as President of Halliburton Energy Services Group. Since
leaving Halliburton in 1997, he has headed, founded and expanded smaller
oilfield services companies. He has worked consistently with technology-driven
companies, developing and implementing growth strategies to commercialize
and expand innovative processes across the energy industry.

James Hill, CA – Chief Financial Officer:
Mr. Hill is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years of financial management
experience, including more than 20 in the oilfield services industry. He
has served as CFO at two companies engaged in fracturing services and
was President of a safety services company prior to joining GASFRAC.

Steve Batchelor, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer:
Mr. Batchelor spent over 25 years in a variety of senior roles at
Halliburton, including serving as Country Manager for Australia and New
Zealand and providing leadership to an enterprise-wide safety initiative.
Since 1999, he has worked as an independent consultant for venture capital
and technology driven oilfield services companies, including serving in
senior positions at SwellFix Inc. and Superior Energy Services.

Robert Lestz, Chief Technology Officer:
Mr. Lestz is a Petroleum Engineer with over 25 years of experience, including
22 years at Chevron working in well stimulation, artificial lift, coiled
tubing, completions and remedial well work. He led a multidisciplinary R&D
organization within Chevron focused on unconventional resources.

Vic Fordyce, Corporate Vice President, Quality and Conformance:
This new position will be responsible for ensuring we deliver to our clients a
product that highlights our technology through superior operational execution.
With his many years of operational experience along with his early involvement
with our unique LPG systems and processes for GASFRAC, Vic will use his knowledge
and experience to improve consistency, quality and conformance throughout the
organization as we grow and develop our product and services in selected geo
markets.

Emmett Capt, Vice President, Southern Operations:
Mr. Capt has over 30 years of operational management experience in oil and
gas completions and fracturing, serving in senior operational roles with
Halliburton and EOG.

Bob Copeland, Corporate Vice President, Supply Chain Management:
Supply Chain Management is a new department at GASFRAC. This new group
will be responsible for purchasing all fracturing consumables (LPG, chemicals,
proppant and nitrogen, etc..), as well as, all logistics related to transportation
of fracturing consumables from point of origin to our inventory locations and/or
to well sites. This department will also manage all fracturing consumable
inventories and inventory locations, all pre-fracturing lease activities
related to meeting the onsite Customer Representative, and preparing the well
site for the fracturing operation with all equipment/materials and demobilization
activities.
The objective of this group is to create an environment that will enable all
members of our Fracturing Operations to focus on flawlessly executing each
job safely, efficiently and on time.
Bob brings many years of industry experience to this role and we will use
his knowledge and experience to create processes and efficiencies within
GASFRAC that will allow us to move into a more defined growth strategy
as we become a world class service provider.

Tim O’Rourke, Vice President, Operations Northern Region:
We are pleased that Tim O’Rourke, P. Eng, has agreed to step into the role
of VP of Operations, as Vic moves into his new role.
Tim brings over 15 years of oilfield service experience with him to this
role. Tim has been working as a consultant within operations for the
past 18 months, in which he has strengthened our operational and technical
expertise immensely. Tim has been a critical resource to GASFRAC working
with both Husky and Shell to understand their technical requirements.
